Who We Are

We are regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants

Our Mission

We believe human potential is infinite. Our purpose is to unlock the infinite possibilities of human potential by empowering people to seize opportunities that enable them to live their fullest, most prosperous life.

People immigrating to Canada invest their knowledge, expertise, talent, and passion into our society, making the entire country a better place. As newcomers to Canada flourish, they strengthen global networks and cross-cultural connections.

At Navio Immigration, we are not just doing business, and you are not just our Client – we are co-creators in a better world.

Brooke Finlay, MMIE

Innovator. Strategist. Entrepreneur. [RCIC: R514337]

I am an innovator, change maker and purpose- driven entrepreneur. I’m also a Canadian immigration expert, empowering individuals and organizations to seize opportunities that will enable them to pursue their fullest potential.

Over the past decade, I have been dedicated to changing lives and building Canada’s social, cultural and economic fabric by navigating immigration legal systems. My experience operating a disruptive consulting firm and completing a Master’s in Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship has fueled my desire and ability to meaningfully contribute to building solutions addressing some of the world’s most pressing problems.

I am committed to nurturing my entrepreneurial and innovative spirit through purposeful work to create positive impact in the world.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in nature on my mountain bike or skis, traveling or herding cats (aka wrangling twin toddlers).

I am committed to nurturing my entrepreneurial and innovative spirit through purposeful work to create positive impact in the world.
