Hi, I’m Brooke! 

I’m the founder of Navio, a tech-powered, expert-driven platform that guides you through the entire immigration journey with expert guidance along the way. 

After years inside the traditional immigration system, I saw how broken and inaccessible it was. So I built Navio to offer what people actually want:  

  • Expert support you can trust – available when it matters  
  • Flexible service that respects your time and budget  
  • Clarity in a system that’s anything but

 

Whether you’re immigrating to Canada, scaling a business, or hiring across borders, Navio puts you in control—with a platform that combines strategy, structure, and real human guidance.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in nature on my mountain bike or skis, traveling or herding cats (aka wrangling twin toddlers).

As an experienced administrator with expertise spanning project management, marketing, and information technology (IT), I excel in my role and bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. With proficiency in planning, monitoring, scheduling, academic administration, and coordination, I hold a postgraduate degree in Project Management and Google certification.

Prior to my current role at Navio Immigration, I served as a Program Manager at the Training and Development Wing of the Higher Education Commission in Pakistan. Here, I orchestrated numerous large-scale initiatives, successfully managing over 80 training programs and conferences. I ensured compliance with internal policies and external regulations and managed over 6000 faculty members’ database. I am a team player adept at resolving conflicts using data analysis and impact reporting.

Acknowledged for my collaborative approach, I possess a proficiency in conflict resolution through data analysis and impact reporting, while also adept at nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

I have been through the immigration process myself (twice!) and I know how intimidating it can be. I have worked in the legal field for over nine years; I am capable in many areas, organized, and fluent in French. I have a passion for helping people and, as a newly licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, I am enjoying gaining knowledge and experience with our passionate team of immigration professionals.

I have lived and worked in four different countries and, after spending over a decade in Europe, I am proud to call Canada my home now. I am currently based in Revelstoke and I love getting out in the mountains with my two children.

I graduated from Monash University in Australia with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). I practiced as a lawyer specializing in personal injury litigation in Melbourne for over two years before embarking on a worldwide travel adventure that eventually led me to settle in Whistler and gain Permanent Residence in Canada.

Having navigated the immigration process myself from start to finish, I understand the emotional challenges clients face and am committed to ensuring that their applications receive the highest level of care and attention to detail to maximize the likelihood of success.

I completed the Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures at the University of British Columbia in September 2017 and became licensed to practice as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (R530663) in October 2018.

Jamie Clarke

Jamie Clarke is Navio’s Director Information Technology Security, responsible for safeguarding the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our platform and user data. With over a decade of experience across sectors, Jamie is a business-focused technology leader with a security-first mindset. He has built IT infrastructure from the ground up—including data centres, network security, Active Directory, and full cloud and hybrid environments—guided by zero trust principles.

Jamie ensures Navio’s systems meet the compliance expectations of regulators like the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Canadian law societies, and privacy legislation such as PIPEDA. He leads our cybersecurity preparedness, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity efforts, ensuring our platform is resilient, auditable, and built for trust.

At Navio, Jamie enables secure, compliant digital service delivery—so our clients can move forward with confidence.
