I am an innovator, change maker and purpose- driven entrepreneur. I’m also a Canadian immigration expert, empowering individuals and organizations to seize opportunities that will enable them to pursue their fullest potential.

Over the past decade, I have been dedicated to changing lives and building Canada’s social, cultural and economic fabric by navigating immigration legal systems. My experience operating a disruptive consulting firm and completing a Master’s in Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship has fueled my desire and ability to meaningfully contribute to building solutions addressing some of the world’s most pressing problems.

I am committed to nurturing my entrepreneurial and innovative spirit through purposeful work to create positive impact in the world.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in nature on my mountain bike or skis, traveling or herding cats (aka wrangling twin toddlers).

Caitlin graduated from Monash University in Australia where she received a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She practiced as a lawyer specializing in personal injury litigation in Melbourne, Australia for over two years before embarking on a worldwide travel adventure that saw her eventually settle in Whistler and gain Permanent Residence in Canada. Having navigated the immigration process herself from start to finish, Caitlin understands the emotional challenges faced by clients and is committed to ensuring clients’ applications receive the highest level of care and attention to detail to ensure the strongest likelihood of success.

Caitlin completed the Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures at the University of British Columbia in September 2017 and became licensed to practice as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (R530663) in October 2018.

I am dedicated to helping individuals and families find their place and make a successful transition to life in Canada.

My journey has been one of cultural experiences, education, and personal growth, which has ignited a deep passion for immigration, especially as I faced the challenges of making Canada my permanent home. This inspired me to become professionally equipped to assist others in their immigration journey.

My primary goal when working with Clients is to simplify the complex process. I want to be a source of support and guidance, ensuring that others can navigate the challenges I’ve experienced more smoothly. I believe in understanding the unique challenges and needs of each client, and I approach my work with empathy and compassion. I value the richness of diverse cultures and backgrounds and am committed to promoting inclusivity in the immigration process.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring nature, as it provides me with a sense of tranquility and inspiration. I also love to travel and immerse myself in new cultures. This helps me broaden my knowledge of the world and stay open to fresh perspectives.

Samarth Kaul

Hey there, I’m Samarth Kaul, and I’m not your typical Immigration Consultant Assistant. In 2019, I embarked on a thrilling adventure to Canada as an international student at Wilfrid Laurier University. Fast forward to today, and I’m still riding that exhilarating wave of immigration, just like many of our Clients.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, my academic journey was like a rollercoaster of political science, legal studies, and philosophy. But hey, it’s these twists and turns that sharpened my critical thinking and research skills – my secret weapons in the immigration world!

Ever met a tech-savvy, debating champion who’s also a photography enthusiast? That’s me! I’ve played multiple roles, from being an Instructional Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University to a Technical Assistant at Martin Luther University College. My days involve teaching, troubleshooting, and, of course, a dash of diplomatic flair – I did win the Diplomatic Commendation at Harvard in 2023, after all!

When I’m not unraveling the intricacies of immigration, you’ll catch me on exciting photographic escapades. Whether I’m capturing the beauty of uncharted landscapes through the lens, freezing moments in time, or diving deep into the world of photography, I’m always seeking the next captivating shot.

But my adventures don’t end there. With a rich and diverse background that spans from growing up in both India and Nigeria during my childhood to now calling Ontario my home since 2019, I’ve developed the art of connecting with people from all walks of life. Crafting unforgettable experiences and navigating through life’s unique challenges have been part of my journey. It’s these experiences that have finely tuned my ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering deep connections and understanding with ease.

I became interested in immigration as a student at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia where I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. During my studies, I enjoyed learning about the strength that multiculturalism brings to Canadian society which led me to pursue an academic focus in Migration, Human Rights, and Human Diversity. Through my position as an Immigration Consultant Assistant, I not only get to grow my knowledge of the Canadian immigration system from my amazing team of colleagues, but I also get the privilege of helping our clients with their immigration journeys. In my work, I strive to provide our Clients with empathetic service to ensure that their welcome to Canada is peaceful and positive.

From being born and raised in the Niagara Region of Southern Ontario, to studying in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to working in British Columbia I have seen the country from coast to coast and want nothing more than to assist our clients in gaining the opportunity to explore and love Canada as much as I do.

I have been through the immigration process myself (twice!) and I know how intimidating it can be. I have worked in the legal field for over nine years; I am capable in many areas, organized, and fluent in French. I have a passion for helping people and, as a newly licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, I am enjoying gaining knowledge and experience with our passionate team of immigration professionals.

I have lived and worked in four different countries and, after spending over a decade in Europe, I am proud to call Canada my home now. I am currently based in Revelstoke and I love getting out in the mountains with my two children.

I am an analyst and creative design thinker. I am passionate about identifying and understanding all perspectives and human desires to find creative solutions to drive growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence in alignment with strategy.

Looking back to over 20 years of experience working for leading global companies and small businesses in Europe and Canada, in business and IT consulting, business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, business process management, business development, and marketing, I am strongly committed to professional and client service excellence.

I have traveled to over 20 countries on three continents, lived in Germany, immigrated to Switzerland, and moved to Canada after my planned worldwide travel adventure started in Whistler.

By successfully navigating my own Canadian student visa, work permit, permanent residence, and Citizenship application I gained valuable Canadian immigration knowledge. It was a very stressful time and I wish I had the opportunity back then to do these steps with our new hybrid “done-with-you” model.  

In my free time, I am an outdoor enthusiast; no matter where or what activity, I like to be outside and active.

Marketing Coordinator

Marie Malkrabová

Marie grew up in a small ski town in the Czech Republic. She moved to Prague for her university studies and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business at the University of Economics in Prague and a Master’s Degree in Business and Marketing at the University of Finance and Administration.

Marie has many years of experience in Administration and Trade Marketing, she was working continuously on her professional resume during her university studies. She worked as a Casting Assistant for a boutique casting agency, she also assisted the financial department of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic during busy periods and then she was hired by a multinational FMCG company, where she started as an Administrative Support and was promoted to Category Activation Expert. She also spent some time in Braunschweig, Germany where she was able to participate in the Internship program at Volkswagen AG.

Marie volunteered for many years at a Children’s sanatorium and was assisting her father, who was managing this institution.

Marie always dreamt about moving to Canada where she already spent summer holidays as a kid, visiting her older brother. Her love for mountains and passion for skiing brought her to Whistler in 2016 where she found her second home.

Marie went through different immigration programs herself and finally became permanent resident of Canada in 2019. She understands how stressful immigration processes can be and that is one of the reasons she acknowledges our clients’ needs and the importance of punctuality and excellent customer service.
