Finding and retaining employees in Whistler is challenging and has become even more difficult since the outbreak of COVID-19.

We collaborated with the Whistler Chamber, Tourism Whistler, and Culinary Recruitment on the development of a Whistler Labour Survey to identify the most important labour needs for our community.

Whistler employers are strongly encouraged to provide their feedback. Information collected from this survey will help the Whistler Chamber continue advocating for our community’s top priority labour needs, like access to federal and provincial immigration programs that help employers attract and retain key workers.
