Labour Mobility and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP)

On December 30, 2018, Canada, Australia, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, and Singapore ratified the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

Professionals, tradespersons, technicians and managers from these countries may now apply for work permits under the labour mobility provisions of this free trade agreement.
